What currency are the prices in this site?

The default price on the website is in USD but there is a currency converter that automatically convert the amount into your local currency.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We usually ship them within 12-48 hours after purchase, for batteries available in our warehouse in Australia, UK, Russia , US and Canada it takes 5-7 days whiles for batteries from our warehouse in china it takes 4-6 weeks  express. Our parts are based in China therefore it takes  15-20 days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

Youme batteries offers 100% money back guarantee if the product is as new as sold within 10 days after arrival; The product is hasn't been opened and the products inside hasn't been used this includes parts. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. It is best to contact us immediately upon arrival.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

My product was broken upon arrival?

Although this rarely happens, customers are required to check their products upon arrival and  contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalties however you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund and contact customer service immediately.
